The outdated fireplace surround, carpeted flooring, and aging finishes were removed and replaced with large-format luxury marble-look tile extending from floor to ceiling, creating a dramatic architectural focal point. A contemporary linear gas fireplace was installed, complemented by a custom floating wood mantel and updated recessed lighting to highlight the tile work.
